CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL, &  RESCHEDULING

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

​

Same-day cancellations, same-day rescheduling, and no-shows will be charged $25 per booked service.

​

Appointments may be shortened, modified, or canceled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late without communication. Applicable cancellation fees may still apply.

Sorry—we can’t bend time...YET!

Arriving late affects the appointment after yours, so we have to protect everyone’s scheduled time.

All outstanding fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

We operate on an honor system, so if a fee is owed, please make arrangements with Reception to take care of it. A simple note will be placed on your account until the balance is settled.
